Return & Refund Policy

• Orders placed with a 50% deposit are non-refundable once production begins.
• For fully paid orders, a full refund is available only if cancellation is requested at least 1 month before shipment.
• Customized or made-to-order items are eligible for a refund with a 35% deduction based on the order total.
• Only one return request is accepted per customer within a calendar month.
